Lavender Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

Needed: 4 eggs, 1 cup butter, melted 

• Preheat the oven to 350°f (175°c) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
• Pour the dry mix into a large mixing bowl. add the eggs, melted butter and gently mix until just combined. 
• Scoop a heaping tablespoon of dough per cookie onto your prepared baking sheet and gently flatten. 
• Bake for 8 – 12 minutes until the bottoms are lightly browned. the tops may still appear under-baked.
