How it's made

Our culinary team worked closely with artisan coffee roaster and local New Mexican, Paul Gallegos of Cutbow Coffee to create the perfect blend. With over 30 years of roasting acumen, Paul’s artisanal, old-school method incorporates a full-sensory approach that is calibrated for New Mexico’s dry climate. Every batch is cupped and tasted for quality.

What started as small-scale salve, soap and lotion making to serve guests as room amenities at our historic Inn, has grown to include a robust line of products inspired by the Los Poblanos fields, guest rooms and kitchen. Our organic lavender essential oil is still distilled onsite at the farm and this historic agricultural land continues to be a source for ingredients and inspiration.

I am a coffee achiever & am picky about what I drink. (Read: I know what I like & don't like in coffee, wine, etc.). Campo blend is rich, deep, a bit smoky, and smooth. It is NOT fruity (yay!). A treat that's worth the cost.

Best coffee. I love the smell and taste. Great way to start my morning with a fresh cup of Campo Blend. When it starts to run out I reorder right away. When stopping at Los Poblanos Farm shop I always get a cup of their coffee.
