Hand crafted products

Our artisan product line began when Armin Rembe first distilled essential oil from the early lavender harvests and Penny Rembe crafted the signature Lavender Salve in her kitchen. Inn guests enjoyed simple lavender amenities and house-made treats, from granola to green chile jam. These original recipes and a spirit of hospitality continue to guide the creation of our handcrafted lavender and botanical products today.

Made in small batches

What started with our essential oil, salve, soap and lotion in the Lavender Collection has grown into a full line of handcrafted products inspired by the Los Poblanos fields, guest rooms, bar and kitchen. We collaborate with local artisans, beekeepers and farmers to bring the flavors of the Rio Grande Valley to our Farm Foods collection. Every Los Poblanos product and gift is made with care, reflecting our commitment to quality, community and the land.

Craft distillery

Building on decades of distilling essential oils and creating farm-based products, our gin distillery and lavender production facility, Town & Ranch, serves as the creative and operational heart of Los Poblanos. Located in a historic mid-century building along the original Route 66, the thoughtfully adapted space reflects our dedication to historic preservation, local culture and artisanal craftsmanship.

Team of makers

We continue to distill organic Grosso lavender essential oil on the farm, just steps away from the fields, but the days of stirring salve over the kitchen stove are behind us. Our team crafts artisan oil-based products, including handmade soaps, mists, scrubs and salts at our downtown location, holding ourselves to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Grown on the farm

We harvest the lavender by hand each summer and extract the essential oil through a traditional steam distillation process right on the farm, ensuring absolute purity.
