Tea is a daily ritual for calm and connection that reflects the botanical flavors of the land we tend. Our longstanding partnership with Taos-based Tea.o.graphy brings this to life through a collection of botanical blends shaped by shared values and a respect for craft. Together, we developed teas inspired by the botanicals we love, with a focus on balance, flavor and a sense of place.
A thoughtful approach to tea
Tea.o.graphy shares our commitment to sustainability, small-batch production and handcrafted methods. Each tea is blended and packaged by hand using traditional techniques, creating vibrant, nuanced flavors that reflect New Mexico’s landscapes. Founder Dana Blair came to tea after stepping away from coffee, a journey that led her to China and a deeper appreciation for loose leaf tea. After settling in Northern New Mexico, she began blending tea with local botanicals. We worked closely with Dana to create custom blends that reflect the character of our farm and the ingredients we grow.
Hospitality in a cup
Across the property, these teas are part of the guest experience, from Campo and Afternoon Tea to the Hacienda Spa and in-room offerings. Served hot or iced, each cup offers a simple moment of connection to the land, craft and the rhythm of daily ritual.
