About this product
Simple syrup is simple by design. This one adds one thing: culinary lavender, steeped long enough to do its work without turning everything purple and perfumed. The floral note is there, but it stays in the background.
It works anywhere a plain syrup would. Stir it into a Campo Margarita or a Lavender 99, mix it into lemonade, or drizzle it over pancakes on a slow morning.

Grown on the farm and made by hand
What started as small-scale salve, soap and lotion making to serve guests as room amenities at our historic Inn, has grown to include a robust line of products inspired by the Los Poblanos fields, guest rooms and kitchen. Our organic lavender essential oil is still distilled onsite at the farm and this historic agricultural land continues to be a source for ingredients and inspiration.
Customers praised this versatile syrup for coffee, tea, lemonade, cocktails, and pancakes. Most found the flavor "delicious" and "not overpowering," with quick delivery and great packaging. One customer noted their batch had barely any flavor. Shoppers appreciated it's organic and makes a perfect gift.
Just sweet enough with out over powering the lavender or gin
