About this product

We love roses almost as much as lavender thanks to the many varieties that thrive in the Rio Grande Valley and the historic Rose Greely Garden at Los Poblanos. Rose Sugar adds a delicate botanical sweetness and light aroma to your favorite cocktail.

How to use

This blend adds a soft, sweet accompaniment to tart gin-based drinks. We recommend a Lemon Drop, French 75 or Cosmopolitan. Try a light coat on your champagne glasses for an elevated floral touch.

Rose Sugar is perfect for sweetening coffee and hot or iced tea, making icing, and topping cookies and other baked goods.

What started as small-scale salve, soap and lotion making to serve guests as room amenities at our historic Inn, has grown to include a robust line of products inspired by the Los Poblanos fields, guest rooms and kitchen. Our organic lavender essential oil is still distilled onsite at the farm and this historic agricultural land continues to be a source for ingredients and inspiration.

We harvest the lavender by hand each summer and extract the essential oil through a traditional steam distillation process right on the farm, ensuring absolute purity.
