How to use

Follow the lead of our mixologists at Bar Campo and coat half of a Bloody Mary rim with Spicy Salt and half with Lime Salt. There are no rules about sticking to the cocktail rim -- try adding Lime Salt to a grilled chicken marinade for a little extra tang.

What started as small-scale salve, soap and lotion making to serve guests as room amenities at our historic Inn, has grown to include a robust line of products inspired by the Los Poblanos fields, guest rooms and kitchen. Our organic lavender essential oil is still distilled onsite at the farm and this historic agricultural land continues to be a source for ingredients and inspiration.

We harvest the lavender by hand each summer and extract the essential oil through a traditional steam distillation process right on the farm, ensuring absolute purity.
