Los Poblanos celebrates MICHELIN recognition
We are proud to celebrate a remarkable year of recognition from the MICHELIN Guide, honoring the hospitality, culinary creativity and sense of place that define Los Poblanos.
For the third consecutive year, Los Poblanos has received Two MICHELIN Keys, recognizing an exceptional hotel experience. With the MICHELIN Guide's recent expansion into the Southwest, Campo has also earned a recommendation in the guide, along with special recognition for two members of our culinary and beverage team.
These honors celebrate the work of our farmers, chefs, distillers, hospitality professionals and many others who bring Los Poblanos to life.

Our Two MICHELIN Keys recognize a hospitality experience shaped by New Mexico's agricultural and cultural heritage. From the architecture of John Gaw Meem and the historic gardens to the seasonal rhythms of the farm, every aspect of Los Poblanos reflects a connection to place.
That same philosophy extends to the products we make, from lavender grown and distilled on the farm to small-batch Farm Foods and botanical spirits that capture the distinctive flavors and scents of New Mexico.
Flavors of the Rio Grande Valley
We are especially proud to see Campo recognized in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Southwest, alongside an extraordinary group of restaurants celebrating the region's culinary traditions and producers.
Executive Chef Chris Bethoney was selected as one of the Guide's MICHELIN Mindful Voices, recognizing his thoughtful approach to food, sustainability and leadership.
From whole-animal butchery to fermentation, pickling and preserving, the kitchenfinds creative ways to make the most of seasonal ingredients while minimizing waste.
This ingredient-driven approach also inspires our collection of Farm Foods. From pantry staples to distinctive New Mexican flavors, these small-batch products bring a taste of the farm and Campo's culinary philosophy into home kitchens.

Joseph Simonson, Spirits Manager at Campo, received the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Southwest Exceptional Cocktails Award, recognizing a beverage program inspired by New Mexico's landscape, agricultural traditions and distinctive ingredients. Seasonal harvests from the farm, culinary herbs, local ingredients and spirits distilled at Los Poblanos all influence the cocktails served at Campo.
Our distilling tradition began more than 20 years ago with lavender essential oil, using steam distillation to capture the botanical character of our signature Grosso lavender. Today, that expertise extends to our small-batch gin, crafted with carefully selected botanicals that reflect the landscape and flavors of the Rio Grande Valley.
The same spirit of experimentation and attention to ingredients carries through to our bar collection, including cocktail salts and other thoughtfully crafted ingredients for the home bar. Together with our signature gins, these products invite you to explore the flavors and creativity of the Los Poblanos beverage program at home.
These recognitions celebrate the people who make Los Poblanos what it is. We are grateful to our team and to the farmers, ranchers, artisans and producers whose work contributes to our shared vision.
We are honored to see these efforts recognized by the MICHELIN Guide and proud to share a little of Los Poblanos and New Mexico with you, wherever you may be.
