The collaborative Spicy Pecan Chocolate Bar is a natural (and delicious) extension of our longtime partnership with Eldora Chocolate, a local maker we’ve admired and worked alongside for years.
Founded by Steve Prickett, Eldora's craft chocolate reflects a deep commitment to chocolate, the industry and the environmental impact behind every bar. As Albuquerque’s first bean to bar producer, Steve has helped establish the city as a destination for fine chocolate, guided by full transparency in sourcing, production and hospitality.
After many years of collaboration, we are delighted to offer a chocolate bar that brings our shared values together in one expression. Developed with award-winning chocolate maker Steve Prickett, our Spicy Pecan Chocolate Bar is inspired by a longtime Farm Foods favorite, our Sweet and Spicy Pecans.
Eldora’s artisan dark chocolate is layered with the same warming spice profile we love so well. Cinnamon, cloves and ginger are balanced with a subtle hint of cayenne, while toasted pecan pieces add depth and texture. The result is a familiar yet unexpected expression of sweet and spice.
Located just ten minutes up the road from our farm, our neighbors at Eldora share a deep affection for this place and a belief in honoring where things come from. Crafted with organic, natural and fair trade ingredients, Eldora offers a diverse collection of drinking chocolate, bon bons and chocolate bars, including mole, toffee, lavender and now spicy pecan.
