In-Store Retail Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In-store retail purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
Jewelry Returns
Due to the special nature and value of our jewelry, jewelry purchases must be returned within five days of purchase. Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original condition with the original receipt.
After the five-day return period, jewelry sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Grown on the farm
We harvest the lavender by hand each summer and extract the essential oil through a traditional steam distillation process right on the farm, ensuring absolute purity.
Made by hand
Our artisan product line started with Los Poblanos owner and founder, Penny Rembe, who developed our signature Lavender Salve recipe over her kitchen stove after the first lavender harvests.
Regenerative farming
A significant percentage of the property is dedicated to regenerative farming, a model driven by sustainability and stewardship of the land, ecosystem, culture and community.
