Concierge Gifting
Our gifting concierge is here to provide a personalized approach and to ensure a seamless experience from selection through delivery. We’ll work with you to create custom gift sets tailored to your occasion and budget, drawing from an assorted selection of Los Poblanos products.
Concierge service includes a consultation with our team, assistance with product selection, thoughtful packaging, and a custom gift note. Whether you’re thanking valued clients, recognizing employees, or creating something special for a celebration, we’ll help you create beautiful gifts with a distinctive connection to Los Poblanos and New Mexico.
Planning your order
Concierge gifting is available for orders of 20 or more. A 15% service fee is added to your order and covers personalized concierge support, thoughtful packaging, gift production and a custom gift note.
Once your selections and order details are finalized, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment or pickup. The deposit is refundable should you need to cancel your order. The 15% service fee is nonrefundable.
We recommend planning ahead, as larger and more customized orders may require up to six weeks of lead time.
Pickup and shipping
We’re happy to coordinate the delivery option that works best for you. Orders may be picked up locally at Town & Ranch, shipped to a single address or to multiple recipient addresses.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on the number of destinations and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes two to seven business days, with expedited shipping available for an additional charge. At this time, concierge gifting is available for domestic shipping only.

Grown on the farm
We harvest the lavender by hand each summer and extract the essential oil through a traditional steam distillation process right on the farm, ensuring absolute purity.
Made by hand
Our artisan product line started with Los Poblanos owner and founder, Penny Rembe, who developed our signature Lavender Salve recipe over her kitchen stove after the first lavender harvests.
Regenerative farming
A significant percentage of the property is dedicated to regenerative farming, a model driven by sustainability and stewardship of the land, ecosystem, culture and community.
